Ash Eli's travelling around. Actually, it'd be pretty cool if he has a travelling companion like a Brock and Misty. Eli's aspiring to be a Trainer but...who knows, he might decide to be a Coordinator too! It'd be a learning experience for him and that's what he's after. I say it's cool because they're around the same age! Kids has to stick together!
And yeah I don't think they can be really enemies. They're kids. Maybe they'd argue from time to time but remain friends xD With Luca being older, Eli would most likely have to begrudgingly respect her. Eli has a sister complex so he doesn't like anyone playing big sister to him (especially one who's only a year older!) aside from his own.

Yes, we little kids have to stick together ^^. Traveling companions sound cool^^. I can see Luca bossing him around and the two falling into arguments ^^. (^^ over used simely>>). It'll be fun to RP these two's adventures :p. Shall we get a thread or something together??

YES. Where do you want to meet? Is it possible if it's Unova? Eli's just starting out so they might meet there like near his hometown in Lacunosa or some other city. He could be out with his family too after all.
