It seems Hika is going to like Chase. While not training his dragons and spreading his dragons-are-good propaganda, he's out saving people and helping anyone he can. He's also against destruction and pollution, working with Rangers to save the habitat. Personally, I wouldn't say he's kind but he does show a level of maturity to exert good judgment most of the time. He's definitely good and only have the best intention at heart but he often messes up when it comes to relationships.
Maybe Hika have seen/heard of Chase's actions. If they meet, I can imagine Chase wouldn't be very comfortable with Hika's talkativeness but only because he'll want to excuse himself and get to work rather than chat xD he's going to find it hard to do so without sounding rude.
If you want to be rivals with Chase, it might be a one-sided rivalry for Hika. Chase will get the impression that Hika's not that strong because of his looks haha. Chase would be pleased to see Hika's Altaria though, but unless Hika shows that he can survive harsh weather conditions or move boulders with a human version of Strength, Chase wouldn't think Hika as a rival. He takes training to the extreme along with his dragons. I can imagine that he and Hika physically contradict each other. Chase having been outside all his life and Hika sheltered.

Oh cool! I can see the two definitely being friends. Of course, they'll have their tiffs at times, but that's pretty much what friends are. I'd like for them to thread together definitely. Perhaps in a comedy like thread. Symphony is one to talk...a lot. He's pretty much Mouth-Almighty (lol). I'd like to see what would go on n.n

Thread it is =D could you start the thread? Because I don't know where Hika would most likely be xD When Chase is in cities and places, he's most likely doing some volunteer work. If not, he's just training. I don't know which of them Hika would most likely find him x3
