NO!" Akio said to himself as he saw his map falling from his hands in...in...he wasn't sure where it landed, he only knew it was someplace near Blackthorn's Gym. As soon as he set foot on earth he went to the pokecenter and then straight to the area where he thought he had lost it. All that...because of a single pokemon... He thought on his way to the Gym. All because of a Snorunt, he was determined to get one and since Shoal Cave was nearly empty, he set to try the ice path right there, in Blackthorn.
It took some minutes until he finally found the place, it was just behind the Gym, a huge cave. He started searching the area at the entrance, but couldn't find it anywhere, then he saw it, a wild Dratini was playing with his map! The pokemon was all wrapped in it and was...dancing? When it realized Akio was stunned watching the dance, the shy dragon pokemon entered the cave, quickly followed by Akio. It went deeper and deeper inside the endless cave. Akio was doing his best to keep his balance and catch the pokemon but he...stumbled on a rock and fell. When he looked up, someone was staring at him...and he didn't look happy.

It was all straight to business. His way of life was governed by the nature of his job - a Trainer with a twofold task. One was to train his Pokemon, a team of Dragon Pokemon, to their fullest potential and the other was to safeguard the their homes. This was to keep them safe from the greedy hands of those unworthy, those seeking to use them for widespread ruin and those that would destroy themselves with it. Although they've become a pretty popular choice for Trainers, not everyone had the skill to use them properly.
It was best to keep them away from people.
"Entrance by those outside the clan is forbidden," Chase declared clearly. He made his arms crossed and feet spread apart, acting like a blocking wall to emphasize his statement. The outsider had stumbled down and was chinning up at Chase, returning his own deep, dark chocolate eyes with the gaze. How did he even managed to get inside? He was lean and gangly, smaller in physique in comparison with Chase's despite being - Chase assumed - only a few years younger than him. He didn't seem like a threat but Chase wasn't going to stand for any law-breaking.
He had just returned to Blackthorn City to reassess the improvement of his Pokemon thus far. He wanted to hear the opinions of other Dragon Trainers as well and to exchange words of advice. But when he arrived in the Dragon's Den, he heard news that a young Dratini had gone outside alone. Chase was about to head out and search the dragon when he saw the outsider tumble on his way inside. By chance, the dragon in question had appeared with the outsider. Chase gave the Dratini a glance. It dove to the waters and was poking its head out, watching.
Chase turned back to the outsider. "Please leave at once," he said. "I don't know how you got here but outsiders are not welcomed."
