With the morning sun warm on his back, Therel walked slowly along a path. His hands were shoved in his pockets, and his face tilted up to the sky. It was early morning, here in Unova. Everything seemed peaceful and pleasant. Therel looked down at his side to see a sleepy Conrad, hanging tight to the hem of his pants like always. The little pokemon yawned, and tiredly walked forward.
Therel looked around, he hopped to find an area for training. Eventually he found a wide open area, with a large shady oak tree. He bent down and picked up the small, sleepy pokemon in his arms. "Come on, Conrad. You need some rest." The little pokemon made a grumbling noise, and instantly fell asleep in his arms. Therel walked him over, and placed him in the grass in the shade of the tree.
Therel fumbled around on his belt until he came across his Scizor's ball and His Ninetales' ball. He took one in each hand, and threw them one at a time. "Nyla!" he called for his Ninetales. She appeared, standing and ready. She howled lightly. "Viha!" He summoned his Scizor to him. He also standing and ready. Today, we will be training. He said with a firm tone. Alright? These two pokemon were always his two trouble makers. They hardly every listened to his orders, but today he was determined to tame them.
As Therel was busy training, Conrad slept silently in the shade.
