HISTORY: Hitana was born in Castelia City in the Unova Region, but at a very, very early age, his parents moved to the Sinnoh Region. More specifically, Canalave City. The first few years of his life, Hitana was seen by the other kids in the city as strange, or an outcast. Mostly because he always had his head an fantasy books or the like. Then there was one day that a girl named Marceline, stood up for him, and caused the other children to stop picking on Hitana. In Hitana's eyes, that's the day that he fell in love for the first time. The next ten (10) years of their life were spent together. They were neigh inseparable from one another, eventually dating even. When he turned twenty (20) Hitana proposed to Marceline, which she accepted, and the two were officially engaged to one another. This didn't last long however, as shortly after the announcement, her family forced her to move due to a Darkrai being sighted in another region. Heartbroken over the sudden separation, Hitana decided to start reading up on Dark-Type Pokemon, and became very interested in researching more than just them. It's been three years since he and Marceline have seen one another, and Hitana has become a Pokemon Researcher, as well as a Trainer. Hitana is currently studying why the Pokemon Eevee evolves into a different type upon maturing, what causes this, and even why it can't seem to stay the same type upon evolution. He is also studying why Zorua has the ability "Illusion", and what in it's DNA causes it to be able to do what it can. At first he wasn't sure if it was using it's illusion ability to trick him or not, but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and tried to help it. As it turned out, it was not using it's ability, and instead actually hurt. It had been separated from it's parent, and initially wanted to return to her, but quickly grew fond of Hitana and decided to stay with him instead.  Eon︱Normal︱Eevee︱Male Hitana received Eon as a gift from his mother. She got it from a friend of hers who is, like Hitana, a researcher. She refused to tell him who it was, but over all he didn't care. Eon has been part of his biggest study project, to find out why Pokémon can be shiny, but Hitana cares far too much for Eon to do anything that could hurt him.  Soul︱Dark︱Absol︱Male Hitana happened upon Soul when traveling to a new town in the mountains. The town believed Soul to be a deity and was initially scared of the Pokemon, due to the rumors surrounding Absol in general. When Hitana had a chance to get close to Soul, he found that Soul was just trying to protect the people from natural disasters, just as many researchers already knew. To prove to the town that Soul was not a demi-god, he had a battle with the Absol, and defeated it. The town was stunned but finally saw that Absol was not all powerful like they thought. Soul chose to travel with Hitana because he had not seen much about the world and it's ways.  PKMN NAME︱Dark/Flying︱Honchkrow︱Female Hitana was terrorized by Holly, long before she became a Honchkrow. Holly was a wild Murkrow that would follow Hitana just about anywhere he went, and always fly down and take his glasses while he wasn't paying attention. Hitana figured this was a sign of affection, and was proven right when Holly landed on his shoulder one day, and allowed him to use a Pokeball to capture her. Since then, she has evolved and become a very strong flier, often transporting Hitana where he needs to go.  Weave︱Dark/Ice︱Weavile︱Male Weave had been following Hitana for almost a year before he decided to capture him. The reason for this, was because one day, Weave had been forced out of his pack by the new leader, and was starving, unable to find anything in the severely frozen lands it was in when removed from it's pack. Hitana happened upon him while on his way to research the mythical stone that would cause an Eevee to evolve into a Glaceon. Given food and water from Hitana without having to attack him, caused Weave to decide that he owed a life debt to the human.  Spinner︱Dark/Ground︱Krokorok︱Male Spinner was the first Pokemon that Hitana received from his grandparents when he turned of age. Spinner was a rarity in the Sinnoh Region and caused the professor and his assistants to want to study him. Spinner, at the time being a Sandile was rather apprehensive of this, but with Hitana there by his side, he went through test after test, and has become accustomed to being in the painless tests, as well as helping with them. Since then, Spinner has evolved and become a Krokorok, which is even more helpful in research assistance, because he now has the use of hands. He had hopped that this habit of hers would have ended once he caught her, and even more so when she evolved. "Holly, can I please have my glasses back? I need them to read the map, and I'm sure you wouldn't like to get lost again, would you?" he asked calmly as he stopped walking and held out his arm for her to land on. She flew around a bit more before landing on his arm and dropping his glasses into his now open hand. "Thank you my dear," he said, smiling as he put his glasses back on and held out the map again. "Let's see, we're right around here, and we need to go... Crap, where do we need to go again?" he asked himself, turning the map sideways, then upside down. He was once again, lost. He hadn't been expecting this to happen, seeing as they were on a trail. However, the moment he saw something off in the distance that looked interesting, his researching instinct kicked in and he rushed off. Now they were no where near a path, and Holly refused for whatever reason she had, to fly into the air and find the path again. "Well, this is great... I either have to figure out how to get you to find the path, or convince Soul, Weave or Spinner to see if they can find it. Which is it going to be Holly?" he asked, holding up three Pokeballs as he spoke. Before she could even reply with action or cawing, two more Pokeballs on Hitana's belt opened and with the bright flash of light, out popped a Zorua and a silver Eevee. "Zero, Eon, what are you two doing out of your Pokeballs? We're not in the best place for you two to be out yet," Hitana said to the two little fox Pokemon, who both looked at him and smiled. The little black fox, Zorua, also known as Zero, snickered at his trainers reaction to him and Eon being out of their small homes. "Eve, Eevee!" the silver-grey fox, Eevee, known as Eon, said as he tilted his head and smiled, trying to look as adorable as possible. He knew that almost always got to Hitana and caused him to pretty much let Eon do whatever he wanted, just so long as it didn't interfere with research of some type. "No Eon, you and Zero need to get back in your Pokeballs, we're lost and Holly isn't being very kind, so I need to ask Soul, Weave or Spinner to help find the path so we can get to town before it gets too much later," Hitana said, pushing aside the cute little fox's attempts to get what it wanted. Almost as if on cue, both the little Fox Pokemon went off running. "What, where are you two going!?" Hitana shouted, putting all three of his other Pokeballs back on his belt and running after them as Holly flew into the air a little bit and laughingly followed her trainer. Both Eon and Zero started running beside each other, heading deeper into the forest and jumping through bushes. |
"Honestly you two, I don't get why you ran off like that..." Hitana said, coming to a halt in front of the two little foxes and panting from the sudden running. It took him a minute to realize that they were standing in front of a very, very large tree that didn't look the least bit familiar. The two little Pokemon looked up at their trainer as Holly flew over to the tree and tried to land on it, only to go right through it. "Zero, is this your illusion ability?" the Honchkrow asked as she flew down to Hitana's shoulder and tilted her head. "Yeah, but don't let Hitana know, this is a special moment for him after all," Zero said to the bird with a small snicker again.
Hitana pulled out both Eon and Zero's Pokeballs, only for them to both jump through the tree, causing him to be very confused for a moment. "How did... Zero, is this one of your tricks?" Hitana asked finally realizing that the little black and red fox was snickering right in front of him on the other side of the tree illusion. Hitana took a step forward and walked through the tree, causing Zero to stop using it's ability and letting Hitana see what was really there. They had been on the path the whole time, and now, they were right outside of a certain city that they had been headed too. "Wow... It's, it's been so long..." Hitana said to himself more than the Pokemon beside him. "Castelia City, my birth place..." he said, staring at the skyline in the distance, knowing that he had finally returned to the capital city of the Unova region. It took him all of a minute to realize that he wasn't ready for the reason they returned. His big research project that would hopefully explain why Eevee can evolve into multiple types, and why Zorua and it's evolution are able to create illusions, and what caused some Pokemon to have different colored fur or skin. He was completely unprepared. When he these thoughts crossed his mind, he smiled widely, kneeling down and holding both his hands out for Zero and Eon to climb up his arms to his shoulders and looking at each of them in turn. "Let's have some fun in the big city!" he exclaimed happily, being greeted by happy smiles and cries from both the little foxes, and happy caws from Holly who was now flying in small circles around her trainer, excited about this journey.[/style][/td][/tr][/table][/center]
